Making a Record...
…is hard when you all of a sudden have two jobs with things on the menu like “New Age Surf and Turf” that you miraculously have to be able to explain the ingredients of to a group of youcky ol’ Jersey ladies (no offense yucky ol’ Jersey ladies).
Oh, sorry. Did I mention that I moved to NJ for these very three reasons:
